At PannsariOnline.pk, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal and natural products that support your health and beauty. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process under the following terms.

Returns

  • Once your order is delivered, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
    • The product must be in its original packaging with seals intact.
    • A valid order number or receipt is required.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be paid by the buyer.
  • In case of an exchange, all shipping costs (return + resending) will also be borne by the customer.
  • Only if the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged packaging), return shipping costs will be covered by AnsariOnline.pk.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Products with quality issues, leakage, broken seals, or damaged packaging are eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Custom-made or personalized herbal remedies prepared on customer request are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product (if requested).

Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are usually completed within 3–4 weeks (business days).
This includes:

  • Transit time to receive the return: 5–10 business days
  • Inspection & processing time: 5–10 business days

💳 The refunded amount will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank account.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed via phone call or self-verification and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Customers wishing to cancel must inform us immediately after confirmation and before dispatch.

General Conditions

  • If any of the above conditions are not met, pansariOnline.pk reserves the right to:
    • Refuse the return or exchange, or
    • Apply additional terms if necessary.
